We procure Jet A-1 aviation turbine fuel from established supply sources within the UK and international aviation fuel market. Our procurement activities are conducted on a commercial basis, with appropriate supplier due diligence applied to all supply counterparties. We source fuel that meets the applicable quality specifications and is accompanied by the required product documentation.

Commercial Aviation Fuel Trading

Contractual Fuel Supply

Supply & Delivery Coordination
We coordinate the supply and delivery of Jet A-1 through the relevant authorised supply, logistics and airport infrastructure participants. This includes coordination with fuel storage facilities, road tanker operators, airport fuel farms and into-plane service providers as appropriate to each supply arrangement.
Physical logistics, storage and into-plane operations are performed through independent authorised third-party infrastructure and service providers. Our role is to coordinate these activities commercially, ensuring that supply arrangements are fulfilled in accordance with agreed terms.
Commercial Documentation
We manage the commercial documentation associated with aviation fuel transactions, including purchase and sale contracts, delivery documentation, invoicing and payment terms. Comprehensive documentation is maintained for all commercial transactions.
Aviation fuel transactions require appropriate product documentation, including Certificates of Quality and Certificates of Quantity. We ensure that the required documentation accompanies every supply arrangement and is provided to customers as part of the commercial process.
Customer & Counterparty Due Diligence
We apply structured due diligence processes to both our customers and supply counterparties. This includes commercial and business verification, Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures and assessment of counterparty suitability for aviation fuel transactions.
