How We Work

A structured, professional process from initial enquiry through to fuel supply.

Our Commercial Process

Jet A Plus A1 Global Ltd follows a structured commercial process for all aviation fuel supply arrangements. Our process is designed to ensure that transactions are conducted professionally, with appropriate due diligence, clear commercial terms and reliable fulfilment. The following stages outline our standard approach to a new fuel supply enquiry.

01

Customer Enquiry

The customer provides its Jet A-1 requirements and relevant delivery information. This typically includes the required fuel volume, delivery location or airport, required delivery period and any specific commercial or operational requirements. Initial enquiries can be submitted through our contact form or directly to our sales team.

02

Customer Due Diligence

Commercial and counterparty information is reviewed as part of our standard KYC and due diligence process. We verify the customer's legal entity status, business activities and suitability as a counterparty for an aviation fuel transaction. This stage ensures that we transact only with legitimate, appropriately qualified aviation-sector businesses.

03

Supply Assessment

Available supply and fulfilment arrangements are assessed against the customer's requirements. This includes assessment of supply availability, delivery logistics, applicable infrastructure participants and any conditions relevant to the proposed supply arrangement. We assess whether we are able to fulfil the customer's requirements through our established supply channels.

04

Commercial Quotation

Commercial terms and pricing are presented to the customer, subject to availability and applicable conditions. Our quotation sets out the proposed price, volume, delivery terms, payment conditions and any other relevant commercial terms. Quotations are provided on a without-prejudice basis and are subject to final confirmation of supply availability and completion of due diligence.

05

Contract & Documentation

Agreed commercial terms are documented between the relevant parties. This includes the execution of appropriate commercial agreements governing the transaction, confirmation of delivery arrangements and agreement of payment terms. We ensure that all transactions are supported by clear, comprehensive commercial documentation before supply commences.

06

Supply Coordination

Fuel supply is coordinated through the relevant authorised supply, logistics and airport infrastructure participants. We manage the commercial coordination of the supply arrangement, working with the appropriate third-party infrastructure providers to ensure that fuel is delivered in accordance with the agreed terms. Appropriate product documentation is provided upon completion of delivery.
