Quality, Compliance & Responsible Trading

Our commitment to rigorous commercial standards, responsible business practices and regulatory compliance.

Our Commitment

Jet A Plus A1 Global Ltd is committed to conducting its aviation fuel trading activities to a high standard of commercial integrity, regulatory compliance and responsible business practice. We apply structured processes across all aspects of our business to ensure that our commercial activities meet applicable UK legal and regulatory requirements and reflect the standards expected of a professional aviation fuel trading company.

Counterparty Due Diligence

We apply structured due diligence to all commercial counterparties — both customers and suppliers — before entering into aviation fuel transactions. Our due diligence process is designed to verify the identity, legitimacy and commercial suitability of counterparties, and to identify and manage any relevant risks associated with the proposed transaction or relationship.

Know Your Customer (KYC)

Our KYC procedures require customers to provide appropriate business identification and verification information before we enter into commercial supply arrangements. This includes verification of legal entity status, beneficial ownership information where applicable, and confirmation of the customer's legitimate aviation-sector business activities. We do not supply aviation fuel to unverified or unqualified counterparties.

Supplier Due Diligence

We apply equivalent due diligence standards to our fuel supply counterparties. Before procuring Jet A-1 from a supplier, we verify the supplier's identity, legal status and legitimacy as an aviation fuel supply source. We source fuel only from established, reputable supply sources that can demonstrate appropriate credentials and provide the required product documentation.

Commercial Documentation

All commercial transactions are governed by documented agreements that set out the terms of the transaction, including pricing, volume, delivery arrangements, payment terms and applicable conditions. We maintain comprehensive commercial documentation for all transactions, providing a clear and auditable record of our commercial activities.

Product Quality Documentation

Aviation fuel quality is of critical importance to flight safety. We ensure that appropriate product quality documentation accompanies every supply arrangement, including Certificates of Quality confirming that the fuel meets the applicable specification and Certificates of Quantity confirming the volume delivered. We do not supply aviation fuel without the required product documentation.

Transaction Controls

We apply commercial controls to all transactions to ensure that they are conducted in accordance with agreed terms and applicable requirements. This includes verification of delivery documentation, reconciliation of quantities, and confirmation that the required quality documentation has been provided. Our transaction controls are designed to protect both our customers and our business.

Responsible Business Practices

We are committed to conducting our business responsibly and in accordance with applicable UK laws and regulations. This includes compliance with applicable tax requirements, anti-money laundering obligations, sanctions requirements and other regulatory obligations relevant to our business activities. We do not engage in or facilitate transactions that would breach applicable laws or regulations.

Record Keeping

We maintain comprehensive records of our commercial activities, including counterparty due diligence records, transaction documentation, product documentation and correspondence. Our record-keeping practices are designed to provide a clear and auditable record of our business activities and to support compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Regulatory Position

Jet A Plus A1 Global Ltd is committed to operating in accordance with applicable UK laws, tax requirements and regulatory obligations. We do not claim specific regulatory approvals, HMRC licences or industry certifications on this website unless they have been formally obtained. Our compliance approach is based on the application of rigorous internal standards and processes appropriate to our business activities as an aviation fuel trading company.
